# Kofuku Social

> Kofuku is an India-based health and wellness community where people ask
> questions, share experiences, and support each other across women's
> health, mental wellbeing, parenting, fitness, lifestyle diseases and
> infectious illness. Content is community-generated discussion (questions,
> polls, quizzes) organised into topic communities, plus an editorial blog.
> It is peer support and health information — not a substitute for
> professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Kofuku's public content is organised by topic communities ("categories")
such as Contagion (infectious illness), Parenting, Lifestyle Disease,
Mental Health, Wellness Corner, Fitness, Hush Talks (intimate/taboo health
topics) and She Reads (women's stories). Inside communities, members create
campfires — smaller focused groups — and post questions, polls and quizzes
that others answer and discuss.
