Honestly this is disappointing, the numbers are far too slow to be worth eight months of effort.
The part that stands out is that you left the deloads in. Most logs quietly delete the weeks where nothing happened, which makes the whole thing look like a straight line and sets a wildly unrealistic expectation for anyone starting out. Two deloads across six months is normal and healthy, and showing that is more useful than the final number.
