How are you feeling today? Do you feel good? Or great? Are you at the peak of your mental health? Is your mental health doing well today? No matter how you ask that question, the answer is always going to be the same. "I'm okay, bro" usually means "I'm feeling funny, but I don't want to do anything about it".

If you aren't up to it, you are entitled to take some time off, be yourself and come back. Sounds great, right? Wait. It's just a day. ONE DAY ONLY. Instead of complaining, make proper use of your time because this day isn't coming back. Here are some ideas for mental health day off activities.
