Trying to be healthy without jumping headfirst into the first routine we see is admittedly hard. In the same way, with the idea of "detoxifying" our bodies becoming a popular health trend and with countless products and programs feeding you so many toxins to cleanse misconceptions, it's hard not to immediately get on it.
